A Note on 2020/post-pandemic: I've seen themes on the needs of groups across the country. Themes related to navigating lots of change, cultural shifts/dynamics, how to give critical feedback (esp about race), and "Being A Great Manager" through a pandemic and uprisings. I offer trainings on a wide variety of issues to help organizations become more equitable or simply more functional. I have been trained on a number of facilitation modalities and most recently trained through the Emergent Strategy Ideation Institute.
